Backpacking In San Gorgonio wilderness..San Bernardino mountain range

Before the summer My boy friend and I went on a little backpacking trip to San Gorgonio wilderness. We did the Vivian Creek Trail, it's the shortest trail they have also the steepest. It was perfect for us because we only had time for one night. The trail was beautiful and we had an awesome time. I want to try this trail again and stay two nights, I think that would be fun. When we got to the trail it had snow!! We checked before to see if the weather was good and the tail was clean, but it LIED to us...haha it was all good.
Here is My Boy Friend Harry

So here are some details if you ever want to hit up this trail. You would like it just make sure to check the weather before hand. The trailhead is reached by turning east off Highway 38 to Forest Falls. Continue through Forest Falls to the top end (east end) of the picnic area at the end of the road (6,080'). One and two-tenths miles from the trailhead is Vivian Creek Camp (7,100'). Campsites are located upslope to the right of the trail after reaching the stream: one is halfway up the slope, and the other is at the top of the slope (nocamping within 200 feet of the trail or creek). One and three-tenths miles from Vivian Creek Camp is Halfway Camp (8,100'). Water is obtained from the creek 200 yards before camp. Two and three-tenths miles further is High Creek Camp (water available - 9,200'). The summit of San Gorgonio (11,499') is 3 miles beyond High Creek. All this information is from this website-http://www.sgwa.org/trails2.htm

This is our tent, it's called half dome 2 plus. We got it REI. It fits two people and the backpacks. It was really easy to set up and we also did it in the dark. Haha Here is a link to tell you more information.- http://www.rei.com/product/794296/rei-half-dome-2-plus-tent

All in all we had a blast and I can't wait to do it again! If you have any questions feel free to ask!
